School Docs is an online policy and procedure service. At St Mary's, we use school docs so everyone can access all our policy documents in one easy to find place. It is tailored to our school and is accessible to the whole school community at any time.

Our unique review system allows board members, staff and parents to easily comment on policies and procedures online. This collaborative, online self-review system helps the school Board keep track of what needs to be reviewed.

Our policies and procedures are monitored and regularly updated to comply with New Zealand legislation, ERO and Ministry of Education requirements, and to reflect the outcomes of policy reviews by schools.

Policies and procedures are accessed online via a password-protected website specially developed for St Mary's. This is available for our whole school community to view.
